Any one with ears to hear will understand what the bible says. If you speak Spanish to a Spaniard, they will understand but if you speak English to a pig, however much you talk, it will only tear you apart.
Jesus said:John 10:14-16
14 "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me--
15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father-- and I lay down my life for the sheep.
16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
(NIV)
John 10:26-30
26 but you do not believe because you are not my sheep.
27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.
29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and the Father are one."
(NIV)
Many people are like this: can never understand. even with a microscope, they can not see their own fingers.
Acts 28:26-31
26 "'Go to this people and say, "You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving."
27 For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.'28 "Therefore I want you to know that God's salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!"
30 For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him.
31 Boldly and without hindrance he preached the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ.
(NIV)
after many lectures, they are even more confused than before.
Rev 13:9-10
9 He who has an ear, let him hear.
10 If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity he will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword he will be killed. This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints.(NIV)
